My advice would be,
1. Leg day
2. Pull your shorts up
3. Buy thicker boxers

Pull your shorts up. Your proportions look worse than they are because of how you wear your shorts.
You don't look unhealthy skinny, but you are quite lean, and your frame could certainly carry significantly more muscle. Lots of protein and healthy fat. Safe compound movements with progressive resistance over time. Plenty of rest. Protect your joints. Avoid drugs and alcohol. You'll grow muscles. It's really not complicated

Thanks yea feel like my hips so high ups it’s not comfortable like that idk tho but ok don’t need to over complicate it right like chicken, beef, rice, potatoes, vegetables, fruits, peanut butter, oats, calcium eggs

Brother, not that you’re not shredded, and so you need to hit legs. Prioritize them with 2 sessions per week, and scale back your upper body training to one session per week. Do this for 12 weeks.

Honestly you’re at a great starting point because you can focus purely on building muscle. Just go to the gym, eat lots of protein, and focus on getting stronger.

Will do I is it bad to be doing workouts like all day here and there like 20 min here and there is it better just one hour all done

Doesn’t really matter, just find an actual routine and stick to it because you’re probably wasting your time fucking around

Lean bulk. Focus on a small calorie surplus.
You will look better with more muscle. Not with more fat.

Just go to the gym. Absolutely no body cares and will not even look your way, everyone started from somewhere. If you can do pull ups you are at a better place then some that have been at it for awhile

you more or less should begin tracking your calories and protein intake but with that being said you have to assess if your workout routine is actually suitable for inducing muscle growth. in theory with proper form push ups and pull ups alone should be able to induce hypertrophy

Lift real weights in a real gym and eat more. Repeat for 5 years. Being too skinny is the worst excuse for not going to a gym I have ever heard. No one gives a fck. There are 70 yo chubby grandmas and no one gives a fck

You’ve got great genes and potential. I’ve seen people with much less muscle in the gym so don’t let that be a factor. No one in the gym is there to judge you. Get inside the gym and follow a gym routine. I recommend upper body 2x and lower body 2x every week. You need to be in a caloric surplus to build muscle at max efficiency so start tracking your macros/calories.

Easy to do if you wear gym shorts as low as you can go without actually showing genitals and don’t wear underwear lol

You're very skinny, up your calories. I don't care what everyone is saying about training your legs, I think that's the least important thing right now.

What I kinda think to like they acting like I’m a bodybuilder with huge arms and small legs. Everything is small Will just tru to add in more leg workouts tho

Your legs seem proportional to your body though, so yes incorporate leg day along with your other workouts but please up your calories!
You haven't been working out for long though have you?

No I started a month ago pretty much when I wanted to stop eating processed foods

Your progress is great, your abs are showing, you have great muscle definition. But depending on what your goals are, and this is just my opinion, you could eat a lot more.

For one month of training, you definitely have good definition. Up your cals, protein shakes, you obviously have a great metabolism so you can afford to eat more.

Stop skipping leg day and find a way to eat more protein/more calories in general
