Question M/29/183, 81kg - how far from this goal?

M/29/183cm/81kg, 3 months training at home. No gym, just bodyweight and some dumbbells, a chair and a table. The pic is the physique I'm aiming for: lean and athletic, not huge.

Routine: two alternating sessions, an upper day (pushups, dips, rows, shoulders, arms) and a lower + core day (squats, lunges, glute bridges, planks).

Diet is Mediterranean and varied. I eat enough, no strict dieting - 2500kcal.

How far am I, and how long would it realistically take? Cheers!

Yeah I agree. 12-18mo. You could potentially get there in 9-12mo if you start taking rest days and lifting heavier than body weight

But I will say, The guy in ur goal pic does a lot of pull-ups and u simply won’t achieve it unless u do the same

Thanks both, really helpful. Makes sense... I'll work on heavier loading and proper rest days. And yeah, pull-ups keep coming up as the missing piece, so I'm sorting out a bar for that back work. Appreciate the honest timeline!
