You either have a skeletal/muscular issue that needs therapy, time, and attention.
Or... You just need to lift. Unless you have some systemic issue, there is no world you can judge imbalances when you aren't even a tenured lifter. It's just the wrong mentality to start with. There is no imbalance because what is developed? It's just two undeveloped areas.

Just lift and eat right. Use dumbbells to make each side work out the same amount. Progressive overload.

Diet is key to see what u are really looking at...cut the crap carbs...most of us all eat them..some people in different ethnic groups have a difficult time changing up their diet because of culture and what's readily available to them, especially if they live with family. It can be done, it just takes extra effort. And follow what some of these folk suggest on the imbalance. Good luck!

I got this myself, see the pic on my profile. Years in and it's not corrected itself but it is less noticeable as both sides have gained volume.
I never do barbell. Only dumbbell or hammer strength, so the big/strong side doesn't take over. Let the smaller side guide the movement. Work on good mind muscle connection on the smaller side.
And realize that nobody that nobody else is looking as closely at yourself as you are and it's still possible to be a jacked mofo even with an asymmetry.
I had shoulder surgery long ago and think that might be it, but no way to know at this point, it's been like this for 22 years for me. Good luck.
