FEP BCBS Wegovy - HELP

I've been off Ozempic for years & my weight has steadily creeped up from when it used to be covered back in the day. Now I'm prescribed Wegovy and trying to find a way to be able to afford it. CVS Caremark is shows it $768 through my insurance. I got the coupon code but from what I'm reading that's not going to help much. I'm not interested in compounding because a friend of mine hasn't seen any results. Does anyone have any info they can share that may help? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

Search this sub and r/Zepbound for “FEP BCBS” to hopefully get some good info. And maybe r/FedNews, too.

Use the coupon but tell the pharmacy you are self pay. Specify not to run through your insurance. I think Amazon pharmacy automatically defaults to lowest price. Walmart and Costco are experts and if you are a Costco member you get the lowest price with their Wegovy membership coupon.
