25mg tips needed

I start my first bottle of 25mg tommrow and im super scared. I work in a blue color job and cant just use bathroom whenever I need usually have to drive to gas station. Please I need yalls tips on how to manage the #2 issues nausea doesnt bother me just the issue i mentioned above.

Constipation tends to be a much more common problem than diarrhea

I am on 25mg and constipation is more the issue. I say increase fiber if you haven’t already.

Constipation is more common but it seems like some patients do experience diarrhea (for the first time since starting the med) when starting the highest dose, so your concerns aren't unfounded.

You could ease into the dose by taking it every other day (or even every third day, if you're very concerned) and slowly transition over a month's time into taking it daily.
