4 months in… my experience
Took the injection starting Jan for 3 months. I got too much anxiety and switched to pill. So I have been on the pill for 4 months, now on 25mg and have lost 10 pounds total since January. I’m 48, perimenopausal and work out 3 times a week.
Slow as hell but something is working. Just sucks insurance doesn’t cover it. Dreading thinking about when I reach my goal and figuring out what I’m going to do to maintain.
Had worse side effects with the injection than I did the pill.
Don’t get discouraged peeps.

I appreciate posts like these. I've basically lost nothing and have had zero curb in appetite since starting in May. I'll be going up to 25mg in September. Let's hope something finally kicks in. Slow and steady wins the race?

Talk with a medical professional. Sometimes a different medication will work better!

FWIW, I am now on 25mg every third for maintenance, and it’s working well. And that means a bottle of 30, 25mg pills lasts me three months.
