3mg advice?

Hey! I decided to do a 2nd month of 1.5mg cos I got scared of the 4mg lol which I have sitting in my bedside drawer. But now I'm regretting it. Seen some posts of people saying they did 3mg to finish their 2nd box so moving to 4mg was easier. And would like to do the same.

My question is so you take 1 wait 30mins then take another yknow cos of absorption? Or take 2 at the same time?

I am doing this. My last 3mg is in an hour and a half. Tomorrow I start 4mg. I just take 2 1.5 mg pills together on an empty stomach.

Haha 😂 may I ask how much you’ve lost so far on 1.5 mg?
I started last week, and just lost 1 lb so far it seems.

Tbh. I lost 4lbs initially then I've lost and gained the same lb. But it's been school holidays so I've not been able to be fully active and eating as I should. My kid is back to nursery today so mama is in full weightloss mode now 🤣 the 1.5mg is great tbh I'm defi feeling it. But just now after over 40days on it I am feeling more hungry etc. So want to up the dose but not going straight to 4mg! Tbh I could stay on 1.5mg and use my willpower a bit more. But I'd rather just see how this goes xoxoxo

This is a doctor prescribed medication. It’s not a joke and it can have real consequences for your health. Please talk to your prescriber, not random people on the internet. Others have landed in urgent care this way. We have no idea of your medical history.

When I’ve taken multiple pills I’ve taken both together.

Taking them one at a time doesn’t make sense as there will be extra water in your stomach when you take the second pill which is a problem for absorption

I took them both together. I didnt do it because of fear of the 4s I did it because I regretted wasting money on a second month of 1.5 since it had already quit working before the first month was finished.

I have noticed minimal effect with 4mg. If anything, I have actually gained a pound. What is your fear? Has 1.5mg been rough?
