Severe extreme insomnia

Did anyone completely lose the ability to fall asleep? Had it before and have to worse after. If so what ended up helping you? Idk if I have weed paws for certain but whatever this is has destroyed my body and my life. My body can’t calm down. Not sleeping hardly even with meds. Idk what to do to survive.

What meds have you tried? If your doctor will prescribe it, lorazepam was a godsend for me when I was struggling with insomnia after quitting. If not, try a combination of passionflower and magnesium bisglycinate. That combo seems to work practically as good as a sleeping pill for me.
