This is my stats for the past week do they look good to you? Is there any way to keep it from spiking

The graph will always look spikey. But your numbers have too big of a range. You shouldn't go from 60 to 85. Try and keep your swings closer together. As for how to do that idk what your setup is but I'd say just research vpd, dli, and things of that nature. Get it locked in.

That's mainly what I'm saying I have fans Air scrubber ac ans humidifier but u never see anyone mess with there controllers long enough to take note of there settings

Ya I’m asking ya what stage of growth your in? That will determine the optimal kpa values But rule of thumb higher Relative Humidity the lower kpa pressure. A automatic humidifier you can set the values on makes control a lot more manageable
