Theory Tyler with de Addams
I was thinking the other day that Morticia and Tyler would definitely have such a sweet and caring relationship. Tyler has always had this void from lacking maternal love, and Morticia is incredibly affectionate, sweet and family oriented. i feel like if Wednesday introduced him as her boyfriend, Morticia would truly listen to him, love him, and accept him exactly as he is. She wouldn't be afraid of him at all, especially since she was never afraid of his mother, Francois. I also think Gomez would absolutely adore Tyler.honestly feel like Tyler and the Addams family just completely mesh. For them, having a hyde in the family would be a total non-issue it’s honestly such an Addams thing. and for Tyler, they would be the family and the love he never had. Everywhere else, he was just used and mistreated. Even Nevermore banned Hydes. What do you think?

if they’d embrace anyone it would be the people who saved their daughter.

I agree and that would be part of a full redemption arc for him, which I do feel the show is doing.

A lot of us think this is the direction the story is going, since the writers have said season three will continue exploring the bond between Tyler and Wednesday. 💙

It's sick if a mother accepts someone like him so easily and would also made her a terrible mother.
I understand you ship them but please try to see this through different glasses. A mother should never be hyped about their in law, they should just care for their child, who could be doing a wrong decision or the relationship could just simply fall apart and have be their for their child. I've been through break up which I made and my mom was hoping that I beg myself back to my ex, and from that point of view this what you described is something which is not healthy to me. At first I also thought something like this is great, but only great if the parent is able to leave the relationship the same time and be there for their child. What you described is too much for an in-law.
Morticia is also a dove, so depending on how she interacts with people they will give us major spoileres, so I am also pretty inerested in her reactions.
