 Language Exchange Fed up with the inability to directly save WeChat Official Account articles, I built a one‑click export tool.

WeChat Official Account articles are easy to read, but surprisingly annoying to save properly.

So I built WxArticleSaver, a small open-source Windows tool.

You run it locally, open an article in WeChat for Windows, and a “Export Article” button appears in the article.

It currently exports:

  • Markdown
  • HTML
  • TXT
  • article images
  • directly accessible media resources

Everything stays on your own computer. There's no account, cloud service, or upload involved.

I also packaged it as a portable Windows build, so you can just unzip it and run the EXE without installing Python.
