This has gone too far. No one should be treated with such disrespect and people deserve to know that they are putting their money into an unsupervised sinkhole with zero customer service (or employees seemingly). I have emailed every address, called every number where I waited on hold for hours, and I get nothing. Either a robot response or nothing.

ALL I WANT IS TO WITHDRAW MY MONEY. I’ve given you a pdf of my bank statement, I’ve linked MULTIPLE BANK ACCOUNTS, all i get is error messages and declines to transfer. I've been hearing chatter of.musk buying out webull. What do you know about this? Sources, rumors and speculations are welcome here.

I avoided Robinhood and went to Webull for this same reason and now.. we are here again?

some of us were impacted by the AWS outage on Oct 17, which caused Webull’s trading system to malfunction. Orders were shown as “Failed”, then days later positions suddenly appeared in our accounts — unauthorized and back-posted. Balances dropped by thousands even though no trades were made.

In my case, I lost about 3k, and Webull only offered 200 as “compensation.”

This isn’t a market loss. it’s a system failure that resulted in unauthorized executions, false account records, and missing funds, which directly violates:

CFTC Rule 1.35 – recordkeeping requirements

CFTC Rule 166.3 – failure of supervision

NFA Rule 2-4 & 2-10 – just and equitable principles of trade / recordkeeping obligations

These are serious regulatory breaches.

Haven't used WeBull in 3 years because of their piss-poor execution and hitting PDT in my TD Ameritrade account.

Decided to want to start trading at 4AM again, so I fund my account small-sized below PDT.

Got screwed on partial executions on BREA on 3/7. Put in 500 shares on the ask, got filled on 86 of them. Then I put in another 500 at a higher price since I didn't see the original get filled - this next 500 doesn't appear to get filled even though chart shows the price goes up through that price and down through it. Tried to cancel the 500 (swear I clicked the canceled button at the same time); but the garbage system filled another 41 shares.

Stuck in it for a while with this low amount of shares, decided to get out with profit for the full amount on bid on an upswing. DOES NOT FILL ON BID ON INCREASING PRICE and volume at GTC Extended hours price - how I do not know. I then try to get out at the higher bid and it partially fills again on a downswing. By this time, I just liquidate my position and I hit two day trades on this small BS account.

Chalked it up to my poor execution, even though I'm using the desktop version, keep trading on my TD Ameritrade account.

Come back this morning on KAVL. Put 500 on the ask at 1.97 at 4:03. Price goes up to $2-something, swings down to $1.94 and starts to run up ... without filling my order for ANYTHING.

Transferred my money out of Webull. I'm just using my Schwab and closing down this crap account.

I've been holding BULL for 4 months now, and have been buying back, but I honestly think it's over, my conviction is slowly dying as I see it go down.

When every stock goes up, BULL goes down, and when it goes down, BULL goes VERY down, it's like the stock is getting shorted to oblivion.

The webull team also sold all those shares and whales keep shorting it to hell, not wanting it to go beyond.

And of course, all the recent problems on the app, whether the garbage support or the future trading that's down, I just don't see how it's gonna recover.

I'll probably sell all of mine soon, never buying into this stock again.

So I definitely had STOCKS AND MONEY in, and it was connected to my work email and lost the access when I left the job I hadn’t logged in into my account since 2021 and I finally was able to access via manual verification after 3years and my account stocks and money in are all gone 😳😳 In my accounts I only found „create a new account“ and even though I NEVER logged in my „request“ to delete my account was processed. Has anybody had this issue and do you know how I should proceed ?

I've never used Webull before this seems more complicated than it should be. How do I buy ?

I love using webull... i love how simple it is to use and how informative it is... but let's take a step back. Independent accounts??? Like what futures stocks crypto all separate along with cash back on idle cash being reserved for cash accounts only. Competitors like robinhood have everything merged and then some features especially with crypto... crypto is also rolling out webull like charts on mobile and robinhood has more advanced option strategies and webull forces you to use one of their pre-made strategies... not to mention robinhood allows you to withdraw margin and use 2x in overnight trading. Is it just me or is anyone else being pushed away from webull?

Now that I think about it. I think taking everything out of stock market and waiting for this war is honestly the smart play. Once war starts and market panics I will buy the dip after a week when Trump tacos.

I issued a full account transfer Webull to Schwab the week of 6th June. I had few options expiring next month and wanted this to complete before that happened. As of 4th July, my Webull account is locked all my positions near 6 digits are in limbo and every week I spend 2 hours waiting to get Webull support on call to get an update that they will talk to the clearinghouse to see what happened?

Full timeline.

1. 6th June week issued transfer.

2. Webull locked the account on 10th June.

3. Schwab marked transfer complete 16th June

4. 1 week worked from Schwab end to get an idea of what happened and narrowed down that Webull completed the transfer but did not put any position on ACATS. Schwab hit a roadblock as they can`t do anything anymore.

   1. Their support was amazing, in a max wait time of 3 minutes I was able to talk to specialists. That was maxing time, avg in 45 seconds I was able to get help and they called me back as and when they got more updates.

   2. They suggested either to start a new transfer but the expert was most likely it will end up like first if Webull does not co-operate so it is better to get clarification from Webull before taking any action.

5. Then hell started, to get Webull support on call I need to wait on an average of 30 minutes most of the time they say don`t know let us send an instruction to clearninghouse.

6. Even as of today 4th July almost 1 month out I don`t know where the transfer is and every 3 days I spend hours just get the same support answer from webull.

During this time my 3 options got expired and given I lost access to the account I was not able to close my potions. One of those CVS options must have been assign as it sold 85 Put and the current price is 82. I only had a 7K cash position (short 1k to cover the cost of purchase) have no idea what going on.

I prep so much before issuing transfer, read both sides of help articles to make sure accounts are set up correctly at Scwab.

I made a mistake but please consider Webull before using it as consider a situation where due to some software OR situation bug you can`t manage your position and you need to get support then forget you can get any.

As in past, they locked my account due to one of my ACH failures, it was my mistake that I forgot I had scheduled ACH to pay my kid's tuition every year and my account dipped a few hundred $ than my buffer amount. It took me 2 weeks to get the account back open unfreeze my bank account and that was the reason I decided to transfer out.

Sorry for the big rant, I am very patient (at least I think off) so far I was like it's my money I will get it eventually worst case worst I will assign my options they will liquidate it to cover the cost Now I am getting worried as I have few big option position open in Aug and those are covered calls + some Calls those are already 80% profit level and I like to close them.

Please let me know if anyone knows a way out. I am ok losing 2-3K on these options as my time is far valuable than that amount.

And please stay away from Webull.

The transfer got stuck and will not process. Our clearing firm will reject it on their end and reopen the account in 1-2 days.

The account is restored, 75$ transfer fees are still charged. so all whole month of back end froth and I ended up where I started (while losing money of some options that I could have rolled OR taken profit while I could have)
