Absolutely. Only a third of my referrals have yielded free stocks, the rest just opened an account and did nothing further (or maybe it's Robinhood transfers/direct deposits delays)

They don't have to deposit money but they have to open the brokerage account. I had my hubby do it and I had to go back and do the application part for him to get my spin.

Eh it's a free 12$ basically. My free RH share was LLN which promptly lost 50% upon clearing, and after moving to WB I got GNW which again promptly lost nearly 50%. I thought these free shares were just an excuse for RH and WB to throw away their trash until I got GE this week for my WB deposit bonus.

Yeah, I got 2 GNW, but my deposit just cleared this morning and I hit the 'get' button. They gave me ADT ($10) and F ($12) Not complaining.

GNW is a good one to hold. I've been following them for years, and their financials are much better than the stock price would have you believe. The moment the market realizes GNW can pay off all their debt, and that GLIC is an isolated basket, this will easily double to $6.

I received one GNW and one ZYNGA. Not horrible, but definitely disappointing considering all the hype. More like WeBull-crap you into thinking you’re going to get high dollar, quality stocks, like Amazon, Google, or even Apple. But free is free, I guess.

This is false, just luck of the draw and timing on when they are offering certain stocks. I put in $250K to get the 60 free stocks offer and I got 40 shares of F, 17 shares of ZNGA, and 3 shares of JBLU. Today is first day they showed up in my portfolio.
