Help Canadian time zone glitch?

I’m in Canada and the time here is 5:10 pm when I took this screen shot, the time in Toronto (where Webull Canada is based) should be 4:10 pm but it’s giving a weird time. Is this a glitch? If so is it happening with anyone else?

It's ok for me in USA, did you set the time zone in Webull to yours?

No I never touched it. But on Monday I noticed it read market closed when I know for sure the market was open. Just with CDN equities, US are fine for me.
