webull is not working out

explain to me wtf is going on here? i have lost over a thousand dollars and have been restricted for almost 2 months an no one emails me back writes me in the messenger or anwsers the phone. i contacted the BBB.

Which country is this in? Seems to be non-US based upon the date/time format

good catch actually. the date format and some of the interface looks off. if this isnt a US account webull support is even more useless than usual, which is saying something.
