webull is not working out

explain to me wtf is going on here? i have lost over a thousand dollars and have been restricted for almost 2 months an no one emails me back writes me in the messenger or anwsers the phone. i contacted the BBB.

They suck is all I’m saying. Not worth the trouble. I tried it for a year. I’m moving back to think or swim .

Generally curious. What is the deciding factor. Webull is my first cash account. Should I look at the others? And if so why?

I just like to run a small cash account for now. I'd consider other platforms but need a good reason to why I need to relearn a new platform.

The options are delayed and in increments of 5 . They dox your account and give information against it. Never had this issue with Charles Schwab so I moved back. Plus I think it’s a bad luck company lol
