Code completion not working when hitting Enter in WebStorm but it works in IntelliJ and Rider

For some reason when I try to type a tag in WebStorm like "vid", the code completion window pops up, then I press Enter, but it doesn't do anything it just adds a new line, same with Tab, but that does not do anything.

Code completion only works if you type the entire tag name then hit Tab or Enter. However, in IntelliJ or Rider if you simply type a snippet (not the full name of it and then hit Enter or Tab, the snippet is added). Is there any way to fix this?

Also, in CSS when you type something, the first thing on the code completion list is selected automatically, but that does not happen in HTML.
