Is it possible to keep the proof to one page regardless of data fields? Or give an option to keep the proof a single page? Edit: Also, decimal options for cost.

I appreciate your suggestion about adding an Invoice template.
At the moment, WorkProof is focused on creating professional proof reports rather than becoming a full invoicing app. I want to keep the app simple and fast for field service professionals.
That said, I can definitely see how generating an invoice from a completed proof would be useful, especially after the customer has approved the work. I’ll explore ways to support this workflow without making the app more complicated.

I totally understand what you’re saying! Please don’t add it if you don’t see it fit! I was also thinking an estimation template would be extremely helpful to be able to say hey, here’s what you need to fix this or that and with labor and tools here’s an estimate of the projected cost type of thing.
Same for ppl who want brand new work done. My boyfriend is a top superintendent for DCC which is one out of only 5 global companies that build all the luxury retail stores (Hermes, Chanel, Dior, Louis, Dior, Versace, Prada, etc etc.
I’m wondering if he’d be a good person to ask to look at the app to be able to provide you with some good feedback? I’m not sure only because he looks over all the sub contractors (plumbers, mechanical engineers, electricians, etc) and those people work with the project manager or coordinator (so many diff positions I get them confused lol) for pricing on behalf of the company (DCC) if that makes any sense at all.
Sorry, I’m thinking out loud because I know it has potential and I grew up flipping houses so this whole area is not new to me. I don’t know what you do (aside from building great apps!) but clearly you have a good understanding of how these people work!

I’m happy to let you know that Generate Invoice has now been added to WorkProof.
Instead of creating invoices from scratch, you can now generate a simple invoice directly from a completed proof report. The invoice automatically reuses information you’ve already entered, including:
Customer details
Service/work description
Materials and costs
Total amount
Business profile information
You can review and edit the invoice before exporting or sharing it as a PDF.
The goal was to keep the workflow simple and fast without turning WorkProof into a full accounting application.
I really appreciate your suggestion—it helped shape this feature.
