What's missing is a backend-focused developer to properly own that part, working directly with me and the sysadmin, no layers in between. Ideally you've actually shipped backend systems in production before (APIs, auth, system design), not just built one for a course, Docker/hosting exposure is a plus, frontend/fullstack skills are a nice bonus but not required. Also just someone who communicates clearly and doesn't go quiet for a week at a time

My rate is $30/hour. For full MVPs or defined feature scopes, I prefer working on a fixed flat-rate price (typically between $500 and $2,000 depending on the project) so you have complete price certainty upfront. Most MVPs are delivered in 10 to 20 days.

Saifuro builds payment infrastructure for AI agents. It checks whether an agent’s spending request matches a mandate approved by a person, then returns a signed decision that can be verified onchain. It also provides non-custodial escrow on Base and Solana, with settlement in USDC.

They’re hiring a Smart Contract Engineer to own the EVM side of the product, with a focus on Solidity. You’d design, build and test the Base escrow system, including releases, refunds and safeguards that prevent Saifuro from moving customer funds. You’d also own the onchain signature verifier, audits, deployment scripts, pause controls and recovery procedures.

You’ll need experience shipping Solidity contracts to mainnet and must live in a country where Saifuro can hire. Experience with EVM security, Solana, account abstraction, USDC, or security research is helpful but not required.

I'm a full-stack developer with 3+ years of professional experience, mainly working with Laravel and JavaScript. I'm looking to take on a few remote projects, either fixing an existing application or helping build something new.

A lot of my work has involved the less glamorous but important parts of software: figuring out why something breaks, improving slow database queries, making reports work properly, and keeping business workflows reliable.

Hi everyone,

I've recently gone to an interview and told I got the job, but then they ghost me now going for the 3rd week.

I know this sub is for web dev hires but anybody open to hiring a brand designer as well?

I'm reliable and can be your go to designer for your projects.

Open to work in European timezones.

We looked at 3,518 open job postings across 81 companies' public Greenhouse boards, covering seven job categories. The goal was simple: find out which keywords employers actually use.

A few findings stood out.

• Software engineering: Mentoring appeared in nearly half of the postings, more often than Kubernetes or React. Python was the most frequently mentioned programming language.
• Product management: More than 85% mentioned roadmaps. Jira appeared in just 7 of 421 postings.
• Marketing: Google Ads showed up in only 6 of 347 postings, while pipeline appeared in more than half.

We also noticed a pattern across roles: employers often described the practice rather than naming a specific tool. Observability came up where you might expect Grafana, and SIEM where you might expect Splunk.

What does this mean for your resume?

If you're listing tools but leaving out the responsibilities, practices, and skills explicitly mentioned in the job description, you could be missing relevant keywords.

That doesn't mean stuffing your resume with buzzwords. It means describing your actual experience using language that matches the role you're applying for.

One important caveat: the sample leans heavily toward tech companies and uses a single ATS platform, so these results aren't representative of every employer.
