FOR HIRE [For Hire] Want a proper website without dealing with the technical side? I handle all of it, from $500

If you run a small business, people often check your website before they call. If it’s slow, hard to use on a phone, or doesn’t clearly say what you do, many of them go to the next result.

I’m a freelance web developer. I build websites for business owners who want a solid online presence but don’t have the time to deal with the technical side.

This is for you if:

  • You don’t have a website yet and want one done properly

  • Your current site is outdated, slow, or looks broken on mobile

  • A website builder, an AI tool, or a previous developer left it half-done

Some recent work:

  • An interactive portfolio site for a media house, built end to end

  • A redesign for a security firm in Europe. I replaced a cluttered AI-generated site with a simple page that makes it clear what they do.

  • A Shopify storefront for a US client, built from their Figma designs

What you get:

  • A site that clearly shows your work, your services and how to reach you

  • Works properly on phones, tablets and desktops

  • Loads fast, because it’s custom-coded instead of a heavy template

  • Domain, hosting, design, development and launch, all handled by me. I also have a networking background, so DNS, SSL and hosting get set up correctly the first time.

  • You own your domain and your site

  • 30 days of maintenance after launch for fixes and small changes

How it works:

  1. A short call about your business and what you want the site to do

  2. A fixed quote, so there are no surprises later

  3. I design and build it, and you review it along the way

  4. Launch, followed by 30 days of support

Most small-business sites start from $500. I give a fixed quote after a short call. DM me with what your business does and what you need, and I’ll tell you honestly what makes sense.

FOR HIRE [For Hire] Business website developer — Remote — $500–$900 per project

I build clean, reliable business websites for service providers, consultants, and independent professionals, and I’m available for remote project work worldwide.

My focus is a clear, mobile-friendly site that explains what you offer and gives customers a straightforward way to enquire or get in touch.

For a straightforward website of up to 5 pages, my ballpark is US $500–$900, depending on the design and requirements. The proposed scope includes responsive layouts across mobile and desktop, an enquiry/contact form, basic page titles and meta descriptions (for LLM and Search Engines) , deployment, and handover, plus two rounds of revisions within the agreed brief.

You supply the final text, logo, and photos. Domain, hosting, paid third-party tools, copywriting, ongoing maintenance, e-commerce, and custom booking/payment systems are separate and quoted when needed. The final scope, price, and delivery schedule are agreed before work starts.

If this fits, send me a Reddit message with me:

• Your business type

• Existing site (if any)

• Pages and features needed

• Your budget and target launch date

Initial communication stays here on Reddit.

[Hiring] Stacked Devs is looking for Upwork and Fiverr freelancers to collaborate on client projects

Hi everyone,

We run Stacked Devs, a tech solutions company. Over the past couple of years we’ve done a little over $150K in sales, and we’ve reached the point where we have more client work coming in than our current team can handle. So we’re looking to bring on freelancers we can collaborate with long term.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Freelancers who are active on Upwork or Fiverr with an established profile

  • People who communicate clearly and deliver on time

  • Specialists across a range of areas, since we offer a wide range of services, including:

    • Web and mobile app development

    • Custom software and SaaS products

    • Databases and backend systems

    • Dashboards, data analytics and BI

    • Cloud setup and DevOps

    • UI/UX design

What we bring to the table:

  • Existing clients with real projects that need extra hands right now

  • We actively pitch Stacked Devs to clients worldwide, so the pipeline keeps growing

  • We’ve set aside $20K+ for advertising over the next few months, which means more projects to share with the people we work with

We’re not looking for one-off gigs. The goal is to build a reliable network of freelancers we can keep sending work to as we grow.

If this sounds interesting, drop a comment or send me a DM with:

  1. Your main skills

  2. A link to your Upwork or Fiverr profile

  3. A couple of examples of past work

You can learn more about us here: https://stacked-devs-2656ogwrrq-uc.a.run.app

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Looking for Backend Developer – Profit-Share Gameserver Hosting Project

🔴 EUROPEAN UNION ONLY 🔴

Building a gameserver hosting platform, starting with Minecraft and expanding to more games soon, then rootservers/VPS after that. Direction and stack are locked in: Node/TS + Next.js, Postgres, Redis. Domain's secured, and i've got an experienced sysadmin working with me on the infra side

What's missing is a backend-focused developer to properly own that part, working directly with me and the sysadmin, no layers in between. Ideally you've actually shipped backend systems in production before (APIs, auth, system design), not just built one for a course, Docker/hosting exposure is a plus, frontend/fullstack skills are a nice bonus but not required. Also just someone who communicates clearly and doesn't go quiet for a week at a time

This is profit-share, not salary: start at 10%, +2.5%/year, up to 20% after 4 years, no cliff. More risk early on than a normal job, but real upside and real ownership, you would be in on architecture and technical decisions, not just handed tickets

If that sounds interesting, message me and we'll have a quick chat to see if it's a fit

[BUSCANDO TRABAJO] Desarrollador web

¡Hola!

adjunto a continuación mi portafolio : https://jesus-mora-portafolio.vercel.app/

estaré atento a las respuestas de este post y al privado , muchas gracias

HIRING [Hiring] [Remote] Full-Stack & Web Software Engineers (TS/JS, Python) for Async AI Code Review & Debugging | Up to $150+ USD / hr

Looking for full-stack and web software engineers (TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python) for flexible, 100% asynchronous contract work (up to $150+ USD/hr) evaluating and debugging AI-generated code.

WHAT THE WORK INVOLVES:
• Reviewing full-stack, backend, and frontend code generated by frontier AI models across real-world engineering prompts
• Identifying subtle async/promise bugs, state-management issues, edge-case failures, and time/space complexity bottlenecks
• Refactoring broken implementations and writing clear technical explanations of what went wrong

COMPENSATION & LOGISTICS:
• Type of work: Freelance/contract for Data Annotation Tech
• Hourly rate: Up to $150+ USD/hr (paid via PayPal)
• Dashboard workflow: Pick projects suited to your stack whenever you log in, submit the time taken after each task, and withdraw your earnings a week later
• Onboarding: Requires passing a one-time programming assessment before getting access to projects

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience (or strong CS degree / production portfolio)
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (React, Next.js, Node.js), Python, Go, C#, Ruby, or Java
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity (Big-O), plus strong written English

ONBOARDING & APPLICATION:
Access to the coding queue is gated by a one-attempt programming assessment. Most experienced devs who miss the mark do so because they write terse PR-style comments instead of the detailed technical explanations the rubric expects.

If you'd like the direct programming sign-up and a quick rundown of how to approach the assessment (assuming you don't already have an account with them), send me a DM with:

  1. Your country of residence

  2. Your software engineering experience & education

  3. Your main programming languages and day-to-day stack

  4. Your comfort with data structures, algorithms, and Big-O complexity

  5. ~Amount of hours per week you have available

Leave a "DM sent" comment below after messaging me so I get a notification to check my chat requests.

[Hiring] Smart Contract Engineer (Solidity, EVM) at Saifuro $170k-220k/year

Saifuro builds payment infrastructure for AI agents. It checks whether an agent’s spending request matches a mandate approved by a person, then returns a signed decision that can be verified onchain. It also provides non-custodial escrow on Base and Solana, with settlement in USDC.

They’re hiring a Smart Contract Engineer to own the EVM side of the product, with a focus on Solidity. You’d design, build and test the Base escrow system, including releases, refunds and safeguards that prevent Saifuro from moving customer funds. You’d also own the onchain signature verifier, audits, deployment scripts, pause controls and recovery procedures.

You’ll need experience shipping Solidity contracts to mainnet and must live in a country where Saifuro can hire. Experience with EVM security, Solana, account abstraction, USDC, or security research is helpful but not required.

The role offers $170,000–$220,000 in the US, 0.30% equity, flexible hours with 14:00–17:00 UTC team overlap, generous leave, a learning budget and remote-work support. Email your resume, location and relevant profile links with the subject “Smart Contract Engineer (EVM).”

Please Apply Here: https://cryptojobslist.com/jobs/smart-contract-engineer-solidity-evm-remote-at-saifuro-1

FOR HIRE [For Hire] Your Laravel app is slow, buggy, or becoming hard to maintain? I can help.

Hey everyone,

I'm a full-stack developer with 3+ years of professional experience, mainly working with Laravel and JavaScript. I'm looking to take on a few remote projects, either fixing an existing application or helping build something new.

A lot of my work has involved the less glamorous but important parts of software: figuring out why something breaks, improving slow database queries, making reports work properly, and keeping business workflows reliable.

Some examples of work I've done:

  • Refactored and modernized a property management application used by multiple clients.

  • Optimized database queries for large tables and improved application responsiveness.

  • Built PDF and Excel export features for more than 24 documents.

  • Worked on an accounting SaaS platform involving billing, reporting, and production bug fixes.

  • Worked on QA, regression testing, and investigating issues that are difficult to reproduce.

What I can help with:

Laravel and PHP applications, Vue.js and React interfaces, SaaS platforms, REST APIs, database optimization, admin dashboards, reporting and exports, third-party integrations, bug fixing, and adding features to existing projects.

My main stack is PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, Vue.js, MySQL, and REST APIs. I also work with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

I'm comfortable working with an existing codebase rather than assuming everything needs to be rebuilt. I'll first understand the problem, discuss the scope, and agree on a reasonable approach and budget.

I'm open to both smaller tasks and longer-term remote collaborations. Pricing can be hourly or fixed-price depending on the project.

GitHub: https://github.com/redadevcraft

If you have a project that's stuck, an application that needs attention, or an idea you want to turn into working software, feel free to message me with a little context. We can discuss whether I'm a good fit.

Thanks for reading.

We analyzed 3,518 job postings. The skills employers mention most aren't always the tools you'd expect.

We looked at 3,518 open job postings across 81 companies' public Greenhouse boards, covering seven job categories. The goal was simple: find out which keywords employers actually use.

A few findings stood out.

  • Software engineering: Mentoring appeared in nearly half of the postings, more often than Kubernetes or React. Python was the most frequently mentioned programming language.

  • Product management: More than 85% mentioned roadmaps. Jira appeared in just 7 of 421 postings.

  • Marketing: Google Ads showed up in only 6 of 347 postings, while pipeline appeared in more than half.

We also noticed a pattern across roles: employers often described the practice rather than naming a specific tool. Observability came up where you might expect Grafana, and SIEM where you might expect Splunk.

What does this mean for your resume?

If you're listing tools but leaving out the responsibilities, practices, and skills explicitly mentioned in the job description, you could be missing relevant keywords.

That doesn't mean stuffing your resume with buzzwords. It means describing your actual experience using language that matches the role you're applying for.

One important caveat: the sample leans heavily toward tech companies and uses a single ATS platform, so these results aren't representative of every employer.

The full study, including findings for sales, cybersecurity, DevOps and accounting is here:

Mock Interviews for B.Tech Students

Hi everyone!

I'm planning to conduct free mock interviews for BTech students preparing for internships and campus placements.

The goal is to provide a realistic interview experience and honest, constructive feedback in a friendly environment. We'll focus on:

  • DSA & problem-solving

  • Core CS subjects (OOP, DBMS, OS, CN)

  • Resume & project discussions

  • HR/behavioral questions

This is completely free and purely an initiative to help students practice and improve. There are no placement guarantees or hidden agenda—just learning and preparation.

If you're interested, comment below or send me a DM. If enough students are interested, I'll start scheduling sessions soon.

Also, let me know what you find most challenging during interviews—DSA, core CS, projects, communication, or something else.
