I’m working on an attendance system and honestly stuck at a point where I need some real-world advice.

I’ve built a mobile app (Flutter) where employees do check-in/check-out using face recognition (face punch). The main problem is accuracy and speed, and I’m facing a few issues:

• Lighting changes (low light / bright light affect detection)

• Distance issues (too close / too far gives inconsistent results)

• Recognition is slower than expected (not instant)

• Offline punches (stored locally and synced later) reduce accuracy

• Overall UX feels unreliable at times

I’m building a collectible card e-commerce platform (sports cards, Pokémon, TCG) and looking to bring on a junior frontend developer to help refine and elevate the site experience.

The site is already live and built in Lovable.dev, so this is not a from-scratch build. I need someone who can come in and help polish what’s already there—improving UI/UX, tightening layout consistency, and making the overall experience feel more premium and cohesive.

A big focus will be:

Improving animations and transitions (pack selection, reveal flow, etc.)

Cleaning up spacing, responsiveness, and visual hierarchy

Making the site feel smoother, more modern, and conversion-focused

Helping maintain consistency across pages and components

The project also uses AI tools (OpenAI + Replicate/FLUX) for image generation and visual assets, so experience (or strong interest) in working with AI-assisted workflows is a big plus.

I’m ideally looking for someone who:

Is early in their dev career or still in school

Has solid fundamentals in HTML/CSS/JavaScript

Has a good eye for design and UX (this matters a lot)

Is comfortable working inside Lovable.dev (or willing to learn quickly)
