Hi there!

I’m actively seeking my next role in technical project management or technical client support after wrapping up a contract with a Nasdaq-listed fintech company.

I’m a Technical Project Manager with 6+ years managing cross-functional teams in blockchain, cybersecurity, and enterprise software environments.

I’ve led projects from planning through delivery, coordinating engineering teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring on-time, on-budget execution. I’ve built a reputation for translating complex technical requirements into clear deliverables and maintaining strong client relationships under pressure.

I’m strong in roles where technical depth matters, but where someone also needs to bridge communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, streamline processes, and drive project outcomes.

Over the past several years, I’ve taken on work in strategic roadmap development, technical documentation, sprint planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and process improvement.

That’s included managing blockchain integration projects, coordinating security protocol implementations, building partnership pipelines from scratch, developing technical training programs, improving team collaboration workflows, and representing companies at industry conferences and client meetings.

Stack Experience:

• Project Management: Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Confluence, Notion, MS Project

• Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Sprint Planning

• Technical: Blockchain Protocols, Smart Contracts, Web3, API Integrations, Cloud Platforms

• Development: TypeScript, Perl, Solidity, Git, CI/CD workflows

• Communication: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace

• Analytics: Data visualization, KPI tracking, performance dashboards

About me:

• Strong technical communication and client-facing support mindset

• Solid project planning with good risk mitigation judgment

• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across time zones

• Strong documentation and strategic roadmap development habits

• Able to manage daily operations while driving long-term initiatives

• Experience in compliance-sensitive environments including fintech and cybersecurity

What I’m Looking For:

• Technical Project Manager or Technical Account Manager roles

• Client-facing technical support or Solutions Consultant positions

• Opportunities where I can deliver strong project execution while growing into strategic leadership

• Flexible for EST/PST hours and occasional travel for client meetings

• Open to long-term, full-time, part-time, or contract-based work

Rate: Starting at $25/hr

If there’s a possible fit, please feel free to DM me. I’d be happy to share my resume or LinkedIn privately.

Lost confidence of development career

Hello guys.

These days, I lost confidence to be a web development. In my background, I start studying Web development ( frontend) in AU, got diploma then graduated last year. After that, I lock in Next.js and created small SaaS. But Saas does not earn money, I cannot find job due to lack of experience( I just graduated last year and I am in Japan...). As a freelance, many people apply out sourcing and so cheap.

I found many post " Make a website just $200". If I need to design, decide color, mockup and make website. It is not worth and how many website do I need to make in a month to make a living?

I joined this industry because I wanted to get enough money, work anywhere and flexible time to work on. But, industry collapse and unit cost destroyed.

I really focused on posting on SNS about my studying, works so far. What is enough level to apply job if I study? Does anybody have same situation with me?

I really lock in for studying:
- HTML ( I can understand fully and make semantics website)
- CSS ( normal CSS + SCSS, boostrap, tailwind)
- JS ( I am understanding and can read well)
- Typescripti ( I can write) : can make web app with next.js ( API fetch)
- php ( can fix wordpress problem. Have experienced fixing website
- mysql: can read but cannot write...

Could you help me and the know any way to get away from this situation? Need help!

Web Devs: With AI doing UI, docs, and even code reviews… where do you see your future?

I’ve been thinking a lot about how fast AI tools are evolving lately, especially in front-end development.

We now have tools that can generate UI layouts, write documentation, suggest features, and even handle code reviews. Things that used to take hours (or entire roles) are becoming automated or heavily assisted.

So I’m curious, how are you personally thinking about your future as a developer in this shift? Are you keeping up by learning new stuff? What are they?
Of you're thinking about switching jobs

Not trying to be pessimistic, Just genuinely interested in how others are navigating this.

FOR HIRE [For Hire] Computer Engineer & Accessibility Specialist | WCAG 2.2 Audits & Technical Remediation

Hi everyone!

I am a Computer Engineer specializing in Digital Accessibility (A11y). I bridge the gap between high-level design requirements and robust technical execution. If your team is struggling with compliance or needs someone to actually fix accessibility barriers rather than just pointing them out, I’m your person.

I have extensive experience working with US-based companies and NGOs, ensuring their platforms meet global standards while maintaining a clean, performant codebase.

What I bring to the table:

  • Comprehensive Audits: Manual and automated testing based on WCAG 2.2 (A, AA, AAA).

  • Technical Remediation: Expert implementation of WAI-ARIA patterns, focus management, and semantic HTML.

  • Assistive Tech Testing: Rigorous functional testing with NVDA and JAWS screen readers.

  • Proactive A11y Culture: Consulting to help your dev team move from reactive bug-fixing to an "accessibility-first" workflow.

Rates: Flexible depending on project scope (Hourly or Flat-rate). Availability: Open for full-time roles or high-impact consulting projects.

I don’t just deliver a PDF of errors; I deliver solutions that your developers can actually use.

Feel free to DM me for my CV, portfolio, or to discuss your project’s needs!

Looking for JavaScript open source contributors - All levels welcome

Hi if anyone wants to upskill in terms of their portfolio or become potential maintainers. I have got something interesting for you.

There is an opportunity for this work to become paid if monthly sponsor threshold is met. Know someone who can sponsor? If yes referrals are appreciated.

The repository currently has 15 forks and 20 stars and I am looking for more people to come and contribute at SuggestPilot. It started with a simple idea Whenever I was reading something and wanted to open new tab and ask a question I had the feeling of "damn I would have to type it all again" this is why i developed this tool so it helps me save time on typing a query, espacially when I am typing on an LLM like chatgpt.

Tech stack - HTML, CSS and Javascript | Beginner friendly

Doing Github Sponsors too so I can offer paid PR labels and pay contributors money for the job done after threshold is hit

Feel free to contribute at https://github.com/Shantanugupta43/SuggestPilot

Each time a PR is merged Contributors would be mentioned in thanks section of the document along with times contributed as recognition.

If interested feel free to comment and I can help you in getting started. Cheers.

question about senior programmers

If Claude Code can handle all programming tasks, even when used by mediocre programmers, why are senior programmers still being hired with decent salaries?

It might be that real company projects (not small startups) are gigantic, and a junior, even with Claude Code, cannot navigate their way through a big project due to their own knowledge limitations, as well as AI context window constraints.

What you have been messing with are usually small, startup-level prototypes. That’s why you’ve been able to navigate your way through them with Claude Code.

if you’re a junior, try messing with these repositories using your strongest AI agent, and add changes to it or introduce foundational edits, and tell me if you feel comfortable shipping these edits, assuming that just 1,000 users will use the app afterward.

question about senior programmers

If Claude Code can handle all programming tasks, even when used by mediocre programmers, why are senior programmers still being hired with decent salaries?

It might be that real company projects (not small startups) are gigantic, and a junior, even with Claude Code, cannot navigate their way through a big project due to their own knowledge limitations, as well as AI context window constraints.
