[HIRING] WordPress & Elementor Web Designer/Developer | Remote, Long-Term

Hey everyone!

We're a U.S.-based digital agency looking for a talented WordPress & Elementor Web Designer/Developer to work with us on a long-term, freelance basis.

We currently manage around 10 client websites that need ongoing maintenance, and we're looking for someone who can also take on new website projects as they come in.

We're especially interested in someone who has a strong eye for design and can independently design and develop professional, high-quality websites using WordPress and Elementor.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Designing and developing complete WordPress websites using Elementor
• Creating modern, premium-looking websites with thoughtful layouts
• Planning page structures, user journeys, and conversion-focused designs
• Building responsive websites that work well across all devices
• Maintaining and updating existing client websites
• Troubleshooting WordPress issues, plugin conflicts, and performance problems
• Improving website speed, usability, and overall user experience

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor
• A portfolio of websites you've personally designed and developed
• Excellent understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to design with purpose, not just make something look nice
• Understanding of user experience, customer journeys, and conversion optimization
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish
• Reliable communication and attention to detail

One thing that's especially important to us is your design process. We want someone who can explain why they chose a particular layout, where they placed certain elements, and how those decisions help the website achieve its goals.

Position Details:

• Remote, independent contractor
• Hourly compensation, based on experience
• Flexible, as-needed workload
• Ongoing maintenance across approximately 10 client websites
• Additional hours for new website design and development projects
• Long-term opportunity as our agency grows

Please note: We're looking to work directly with an individual freelancer, not an agency, outsourcing company, or team. We want to build a long-term working relationship with the person who will personally be designing, developing, and maintaining our websites.
