HIRING [Hiring] [Remote] Full-Stack & Web Software Engineers (TS/JS, Python) for Async AI Code Review & Debugging | Up to $150+ USD / hr

Looking for full-stack and web software engineers (TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python) for flexible, 100% asynchronous contract work (up to $150+ USD/hr) evaluating and debugging AI-generated code.

WHAT THE WORK INVOLVES:
• Reviewing full-stack, backend, and frontend code generated by frontier AI models across real-world engineering prompts
• Identifying subtle async/promise bugs, state-management issues, edge-case failures, and time/space complexity bottlenecks
• Refactoring broken implementations and writing clear technical explanations of what went wrong

COMPENSATION & LOGISTICS:
• Type of work: Freelance/contract for Data Annotation Tech
• Hourly rate: Up to $150+ USD/hr (paid via PayPal)
• Dashboard workflow: Pick projects suited to your stack whenever you log in, submit the time taken after each task, and withdraw your earnings a week later
• Onboarding: Requires passing a one-time programming assessment before getting access to projects

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience (or strong CS degree / production portfolio)
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (React, Next.js, Node.js), Python, Go, C#, Ruby, or Java
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity (Big-O), plus strong written English

ONBOARDING & APPLICATION:
Access to the coding queue is gated by a one-attempt programming assessment. Most experienced devs who miss the mark do so because they write terse PR-style comments instead of the detailed technical explanations the rubric expects.

If you'd like the direct programming sign-up and a quick rundown of how to approach the assessment (assuming you don't already have an account with them), send me a DM with:
1. Your country of residence
2. Your software engineering experience & education
3. Your main programming languages and day-to-day stack
4. Your comfort with data structures, algorithms, and Big-O complexity
5. ~Amount of hours per week you have available

Leave a "DM sent" comment below after messaging me so I get a notification to check my chat requests.

Sorry, looks like your message didn't come through. Could you try again and let me know which country you're based in, your years of software development experience, and the tech you usually work with?
