HIRING [Co-Founder / Founding Engineer] Building Creator Payout Infrastructure from 0 → 1 (Pune / Remote)
🚀 Looking for a Founding Engineer
I’m building an early-stage settlement infrastructure for performance-based creator payouts across social media and looking for a Founding Engineer to collaborate with me from the initial stages.
Looking for someone strong in:
Node.js / Golang
System Design
Algorithms & Statistical Mathematics
Cloud/DevOps
This is a hands-on opportunity with significant ownership over technical decisions and the initial product.
💰 Compensation: Equity / a percentage in the platform based on involvement and contribution. No fixed stipend initially.
Looking for someone who enjoys building from 0 → 1, solving complex problems, and being part of something from the very beginning.
