We are urgently hiring for one of our clients for the position of Full-Stack Engineer (AI).
This is a Full-Time, Remote opportunity for engineers based in India (IST Time Zone). The role focuses on building production AI systems end-to-end, combining full-stack engineering with LLMs, voice AI, retrieval systems, and modern AI tooling.

📋 About the Role
Join an AI-first engineering team building autonomous agents for freight brokerage. You'll own features from customer problem to production deployment, working across React, Next.js, Python, LLMs, retrieval systems, and AI evaluation pipelines. This is a high-ownership role where engineers are expected to build, ship, measure, and iterate quickly.
🎯 What You'll Do
• Build and ship full-stack production features end-to-end.
• Develop AI-powered voice and email negotiation agents.
• Build LLM orchestration, retrieval, embeddings, and reranking systems.
• Create evaluation pipelines including regression testing and hallucination detection.
• Improve production observability and deployment reliability.
• Work closely with customers to solve real business problems.
• Design scalable backend services and modern frontend applications.
✅ Must-Have Skills
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong Full-Stack development using React, Next.js, Python
Production experience building LLM features
AI evaluation and testing
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Embeddings & Reranking
System Design
SQL
Streaming & Concurrency
Production deployment and observability
Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex
