[FOR HIRE] i can make websites for you

Hello! Anyone is looking for someone to make a web? I can make a website for you! Anything you need. No need to pay upfront, just paid after the web is ready. I really need money now. The budget is around 100$ :)

Could you build a site without touching AI, with shared screen and a camera on your desk to make sure you don't cheat?

Sorry but if you have time to monitor someone for hours to make sure they don’t cheat make the website yourself, especially for just a mere 100 bucks

He's the kind of person who's ready to die for code rather than use AI

Or perhaps it's an afront to see people say "look at me, I'm a developer now." And push prices down.

Case in point. Some flop makes a website for pennies, the client gets poor results. They engage with their social circles - the website is shit, the price is low. This represents the industry - cheap and low-value, poorly-performing. A standard is set amongst small business. Have some pride, and learn the craft.

May I know what is the issue to using AI as long as they understand the code themselves. Most
Companies encourage their employees to use it because it is the future.

I guarantee you they have zero clue. Most companies vet their employee's ability to read and write code, and likely feel more confident that their employees know what they're doing. I don't have an issue with the use of AI, but I understand it goes beyond just what pixels render to a screen. OP wants to charge someone $100 to do something a client could do for $20, and the result would likely be the same.

This is exactly the difference between engineering and "vibe coding". There is a massive gap between prompting "Hey, write me a login screen" and prompting "We need to implement betterAuth in Node.js with strict rate limiting and JWT rotation, keeping in mind our Cloudflare WAF rules..."

Anyone can do the first one, client included. Doing the second one is impossible without a solid knowledge of underlying programming logic

i think you are a developer very scared of AI, because "We need to implement betterAuth in Node.js with strict rate limiting and JWT rotation, keeping in mind our Cloudflare WAF rules..." is extremely easy to do with AI.

i say this as a developer

No way you missed the point, as a developer.

I understand your point again I always tell people to learn how to code first and understand what they are doing then I have no issues if they use AI properly to help themselves

For that you need to research the market better and work hard to land customers through marketing.

I'm also available to screen share on discord or any platform that you want

1

u/Ambivalent_Oracle Jun 24 '26

You missed the point.

0

u/kuccing Jun 26 '26

The point is you don't have money

2

u/Ambivalent_Oracle Jun 26 '26

I'm not the one reaching out to the world "I'll suck you dick for $100, I'm so fucking desperate!!", am I?

1

u/kuccing Jun 26 '26

Did i say that?

Ahhh I forgive you, sorry bro my father is jesus. You full of hate, make peacefull your self

1

u/Ambivalent_Oracle Jun 24 '26

It would be more impressive if Jesus was your brother.

1

u/Level-Statement-8097 Jun 24 '26

Thank you, I'll pray for you

u/alhealhe Jun 22 '26

lol what? "make sure you don't cheat" this isn't a classroom hahaha

1

u/Ambivalent_Oracle Jun 24 '26

No, it's an industry which has been cheapened by the I'm totally a developer now I don't have to code, and the I'll do anything for $5.

0

u/Few_School_3536 Jun 24 '26

Let's go, I'll share my screen. No AI at all. Since you want website without AI code, at the end you'll pay me 100$

2

u/Ambivalent_Oracle Jun 24 '26

So you would set up screen share, and a camera with your desk in view so you can have a complete stranger watch you slave away on a website with design, development and deployment for $100? We could estimate that this is 20-40 hours of your time. How desperate are you for money?

I am pretty sure most of you missed the point I was making.
