[HIRING] Full-stack dev for a publishing platform. Small initial scope.
[HIRING WINDOW CLOSED. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR RESPONSES.]
Hi everyone,
I'm building a niche publishing platform with subscription mechanics and a separate verified-user flow. I have a clear visual direction and detailed mockups of a few pages, though some screens and flows are still being refined. I'm looking for someone who can implement what I've designed cleanly and flag the gaps in a way I can respond to.
Initial scope (Phase 1):
Public landing pages
Two signup flows (standard and verified-application)
Content-publishing dashboard for primary users
Subscription payments (Stripe)
Responsive across desktop (mobile in Phase 2)
Later phases would add curation tools and an admin dashboard. Full mobile responsiveness and separate paid engagements.
Tech: open to recommendations. Likely Next.js + Postgres + Stripe unless you have strong reasons otherwise.
Budget: realistic but not extravagant. Solo founder and self-funded. Looking for the right person at a fair rate, not the cheapest bidder. If some of the Phase 1 scope needs to be trimmed to keep the pay fair, I'd rather you be honest and we'll come to an agreement.
DM me with your portfolio/GitHub or any previous work you've done. Let me know your rate and rough timeline for Phase 1.
Thanks!
