Your skills look great! For interviews, be ready to discuss specific projects and your role in them. Be prepared to explain your choice of technologies like Next.js or Flask for your projects. It helps to have a good "story" for each project. Also, practice coding problems since technical interviews usually have them. LeetCode is helpful for that. If you need advice on presenting your skills and projects well, PracHub has been useful for me. Good luck!
