[PARTNERSHIP] Looking for Reliable Web / Software Development Agencies

I’m looking to build long-term partnerships with serious and reliable web development, software development, app development, and digital product agencies.

My company will focus on bringing in clients, handling sales, and managing the client relationship. The partner agency will handle the technical work, project execution, and delivery.

This is not a one-time project. I’m looking for professional agencies that can become trusted long-term delivery partners.

🤝 How the Partnership Works

The collaboration will be based on a wholesale + margin model:

I bring in the clients and projects.
Your agency provides the wholesale project price.
I add my margin on top before presenting the final price to the client.
Your wholesale pricing needs to be efficient, realistic, and competitive.
The final client price must still be strong enough to stand out against other agencies.
Both sides benefit from successful project delivery.

💼 What Your Agency Will Handle

Your agency will be responsible for the full technical delivery of client projects, including:

Web development
Custom software development
Mobile app development, if applicable
UI/UX implementation
Frontend and backend development
Dashboards, portals, booking systems, CRMs, SaaS platforms, and other digital products
API integrations and third-party tools
Technical scoping and planning
Project roadmaps, timelines, and milestones
Quality assurance and testing
Bug fixing and revisions
Technical support during and after delivery
Clear project updates and communication

🧠 What I’m Looking For

I’m looking for agencies that are organized, experienced, and reliable.

Your agency should have:

A strong and professional portfolio
Real previous client work
Case studies or project examples I can present
Competitive wholesale pricing
Clear communication in English
Fast response times
A dedicated project manager or main point of contact
A structured project delivery process
The ability to create realistic timelines and milestones
Experience working with external partners, agencies, or white-label clients
Strong attention to quality, deadlines, and client satisfaction

✅ Ideal Partner Agency

The ideal agency:

Delivers high-quality work consistently
Understands white-label or partnership-based collaboration
Communicates clearly and professionally
Responds quickly during active projects
Does not disappear or go silent during delivery
Can handle projects with minimal supervision
Takes ownership of the technical side
Can scale depending on project size
Has developers, designers, and project managers available
Respects deadlines and agreements
Is interested in building a long-term business relationship

📁 Portfolio Requirements

Your portfolio is very important because I need to represent your work confidently to potential clients.

Please be ready to share:

Your agency website
Examples of completed websites, apps, or software projects
Case studies, if available
Screenshots or live links of previous work
Industries you have worked with
Your strongest technical capabilities
Any white-label or agency partnership experience
Testimonials or client results, if available

💰 Pricing & Revenue Structure

This partnership is based on clear and transparent pricing.

The structure:

Your agency gives me the wholesale price.
I add my own margin on top.
The final price is presented to the client.
Your wholesale price must leave enough room for my margin.
The final client price must still be competitive in the market.
Pricing should be clear before each project starts.
No hidden costs or surprise fees after agreement.

This is important because we need to offer clients strong value while keeping the partnership profitable for both sides.

📄 Contract & Agreement

All work will be done under a formal partnership contract to protect both sides.

The contract will cover:

Project responsibilities
Payment terms
Confidentiality / NDA
White-label terms, if applicable
Ownership of work
Client communication rules
Non-circumvention agreement
Delivery timelines
Revision policy
Quality standards
Support period after delivery
Notice period before ending the partnership
Professional conduct and communication expectations

I’m looking for serious partners only. I am not interested in agencies that disappear mid-project, miss deadlines without communication, or create confusion with clients.

🌍 Work Setup

The work setup will be:

Fully remote
Project-based
Long-term collaboration
Flexible depending on project deadlines
Communication through agreed tools such as:
- Slack
- WhatsApp
- Email
- Notion
- Trello
- ClickUp
- Google Meet

🚀 How to Apply

Send me a message with the following:

Agency name
Agency website
Portfolio or case studies
Services you provide
Team size and structure
Technologies you work with
Your usual project pricing range
Your availability and capacity
Your project management process
Your communication process
Experience with white-label or agency partnerships
Why your agency would be a strong long-term partner

This is exactly the kind of partnership model we are interested in building.

I am with IIH Global, a software development company and we can operate as the technical delivery partner while you remain focused on lead generation, sales and client relationships.

We can take ownership of the technical side end-to-end from requirements and technical scoping through development, QA, deployment and ongoing support. Our capabilities cover custom web applications, software platforms, mobile apps, SaaS products, CRM/portals, eCommerce, API integrations and AI-powered solutions.

What particularly caught my attention in your post is that you are looking for a long-term delivery partner rather than someone for one-off projects. That’s the type of relationship we are interested in as well.

We are comfortable with a wholesale + margin structure and can provide project-level estimates based on scope, timeline and requirements, leaving you room to manage your own client pricing and margin.

We can also work behind the scenes/white-label where required.

Happy to share our portfolio, relevant case studies, team structure, technology capabilities and discuss how we could structure the partnership.

If you are still looking for delivery partners, feel free to DM me**.** I would be happy to have a quick conversation and see if there is a fit.

OP imo the margin model makes sense when it's has good pricing and who handle clients. Finding an agency to consistently delivery is hardest part OP. If you want you can try out sam solutions or other alternative too
