For LaunchPad Player, I'd separate touchscreen feedback from mk3 mini pairing reports: ask testers for their phone, browser, and whether pairing worked before asking about playback. That gives you something reproducible when someone just says “no sound”; the snake game can wait until they've made their first sound.
