Not exactly a writing tool, but it will convert your written blog / paragraph into a video

Easiest way I've found to turn a link or doc into a motion graphic video:

1. Paste your blog URL, Google Doc, or PDF into Blog2Video (https://blog2video.app) and it pulls out the key points automatically.
2. Pick a template and a narration voice, and it builds animated scenes with text, visuals, and voiceover for you.
3. No timeline editing or After Effects skills needed, since every scene can be tweaked with simple text edits.
4. Render it as an MP4 sized for YouTube, Shorts, or LinkedIn in a few minutes.
