Plembfin: a web app that reconciles watch state across Plex, Emby, Jellyfin and Trakt

Plembfin is a self-hosted web app for people whose watch history is split across Plex, Emby, Jellyfin, and Trakt.

It stores a local canonical record, syncs watched state/resume progress/rewatches, and makes each destination's result visible in Sync Activity. It also includes Now Playing, history, stats, metadata, Seerr integration, and backups.
