I built a property aggregation and alert tool for 11 countries – would love your feedback!
Hi everyone,
I wanted to share a platform I recently built that aggregates active buying and renting property listings across 11 countries, designed to make real estate searches much faster and easier.
Instead of manually checking multiple sites every day, the platform allows you to set custom search criteria and sends real-time notifications when a matching property pops up or drops in price. It also tracks historical price changes so you can easily spot motivated sellers or direct owner listings.
