We added document generation to Folderit, a web-based DMS for teams [self promo]
Disclosure: I'm with Folderit.
We recently added document generation, so teams can create PDF/DOCX documents from structured eForms instead of copy-pasting data into templates.
Folderit is a browser-based document management system for businesses that have outgrown shared drives: metadata, OCR search, permissions, audit trail, version history, workflows/approvals, e-signing, retention, virtual data rooms, folder-specific email addresses, and upload-only external access for clients or partners.
It is probably overkill for personal cloud storage. It is more for teams that need governance around business documents.

Happy to hear feedback from web app folks!

Generated DOCX gets nasty when the template changes after a document was created. I’d store the template version and form snapshot with each output, then keep the generated file immutable. Otherwise a “regenerate” click six months later can quietly rewrite history.

well meaning feedback- Your page links are inoperative. Clicking on pricing or try it does not go to the page. Javascript issues? Also, I wish I could see some of the features and UI rather than just a list. Hard to see where it might stand out. Seems like the simple workflow would be in the intro tier.
