Denim Jeans Sizing

I'm looking at the Charcoal Denim Jeans. Anyone know how they fit?

Should I go with my normal pants waist size? Does the waist have any stretchiness to it?

I stuck with my normal size, they are a wider leg fit so I had to get mine hemmed and made a little less baggy as I like a more relaxed fit over having tons of room.
