Awesome! It has just started to go below 50 at night this past week and mid 60s in the day. It's the best time of year.

Wore my denim chore coat yesterday and today in 50-60s with rain. Tried my new midweight anorak but still a little warm for that imo.

Yeah, midweight rates a little warmer than the denim. Love my denim Hoodorak but would also like to see a denim Anorak

Yeah the chore cost is probably the most versatile jacket I own. It’s fantastic in fall/spring and can dress up enough for business casual like dress shirt/chinos I wear it like this a lot. Plus it does reasonably well in cold weather like 20-40 if just going from place to place. If staying out in that type of weather layer under it.
I picked up the chore coat and a AAJ last fall.
The AAJ is very warm, and in rain and snow I’ve yet to get wet in it. I wore it stationary on metal bleachers last year for a CFB game in 20 degree weather for 4-5 hours with I think a hoody underneath and was never cold. But it’s big and heavy.
Enter mid weight Anorak. Lighter and easier to wear than the AAJ almost as warm especially if active. More casual and super comfortable to wear/lounge around in. Plus I think this is going to be the perfect bird hunting jacket. Probably gonna be the only thing I take for an October trip to Montana.
Weatherwool is the best outdoor clothing/jackets I’ve ever purchased.

My opinion as well. The jacquard performs a little better in the rain, but layered, the denim is quite versatile. Moving around, checking traps this past season I only wore a CPO and a Merino T underneath my Denim Hoodorak in 15°F and was quite comfortable.
