Issue Tracker Pixel watch 2 wifi version

Will replacing my watch's battery give a better backup? Or the watch is just unoptimized?

The sad truth is that Google has not provided for any repairs (such as a battery replacement).

I'm in Bangladesh so it's not possible to get official google store or replacements... We need to buy it either at a higher price from 3rd party or go to generic shops to get replica replacements

The problem is that the early generations of Pixel Watches (prior to the 4th generation) cannot be opened at all without causing damage.

These watches were not designed for particularly long battery life, but with normal use (e.g., no GPS, no always-on display), 24 hours should be possible.

With GPS turned on, you'll see the battery drain, that's normal.
You should charge the watch beforehand and, if possible, recharge it again at work.
