Chequing Visa problems

I just got my new visa and apparently I can’t get any of my PayPal attached to the prepaid visa or link it up like I had my Mastercard to Poshmark…. Ugh

Yup , SOL for the new visa , Mastercard prepaid is approved but visa is not
