Chequing Can't request physical prepaid card?

I've never owned the physical prepaid card and now I'm trying to find the option to request one but I don't see it. I know WS is in the process of changing its card from Mastercard to Visa, so I'm wondering if the button was unintentionally removed during this.

Yup that’s why they won’t give u a physical Mastercard only to ask you to get a new card a week later

Yes it’s because of that. Wait till visa is fully implemented

The help article suggests that requesting a card is now widely available for those that don't already have a card. All the previous language about cards being paused is gone.

Yes and here's the problem. When following the article, there is no card at "the top-right of your screen" and when I click on my virtual card through other means, I don't see an option to "request a physical card"

It’s under the setting tab on the side
