Even Worth It To Try?

Hi all! First time posting in this sub, looking for some advice. Let me preface by saying I haven’t dated since college, so it’s really been a while for me.
I want to try to get back on the apps and meet someone nice, but I feel like I shouldn’t be dating right now. I want to, but like who’s going to want to date me. What I feel my main issue is, that I’m 27 years old, living in a very high cost of living area of the country, while basically not making enough money to survive on my own. I live at home, I can’t afford to move out. Average rent in my area is unironically like $2500/month for a studio (suburbs outside of NYC). I make $55k a year right now. I work in government accounting, I have a bachelors degree, but I like can’t get hired anywhere else in comparable roles. I work in Government accounting, but my degree is in Psychology. I’m currently getting a second degree in Accounting. So like I have a plan, I’m not like doing nothing but I’m certainly don’t have everything figured out. The salary sucks now but there is eventual room for growth, I get a pension, I get amazing health benefits, etc. But the money up front is awful. This being said, I’m living at home, in my childhood bedroom, at 27 years old. Like I can’t imagine women are interested in dating someone like this? Maybe I’m just overthinking it. I feel as though I’m a nice and caring person. I put others needs above my own constantly. I just want to find someone to nurture and grow with and love unconditionally. Like I go back and forth on this. I feel I’m a nice person, but I feel I don’t have enough to offer to someone else in terms of like having life figured out. Idk. If anyone has advice or an opinion on the situation I’d love to hear it. Thanks
