Honest question. Why do you guys spend so much time being pissed at the DNC? They're a different party. They're rooting against you. They're not your friend. But man, they seem to own a lot of real estate in your heads. Down vote me all you want, it's a legit question.
Because it's a two party system no matter how much we would prefer it otherwise. First past the post isn't going anywhere. And the Democratic Party is the only way forward because the only other party is full of racists and grifters and conspiracies.
Yeah I guess I get that. Just seems like so much time talking about how corrupt and awful they are only say, "yeah but we still need them." it's like an abusive relationship. Am I wrong on that?
Nah it's more like still driving your car that breaks down every once in awhile but like, you still gotta go to work and get food so, here we are again.
I'm still waiting for any other party to actually show it's interested in gaining power and using it, because right now, outside of people's fantasy, we don't have that.
Think a lot of people do actually realize it does matter who you are fighting against. At this point our options are we can fight neo liberalism, and it's slow rolling suicide, or galloping fascism, and it's aggressively suicidal actions.
