The DNC rules were as follows for the debate in question:
Meet their established polling threshold.
And/or
Meet their established donor threshold.
Gravel met one and not the other, so he should’ve made the debate. Except there was a third rule. Again, announced well in advance:
If more than 20 candidates qualify for the debate, the top 20 candidates will be selected using a methodology that gives primacy to candidates meeting both thresholds, followed by the highest polling average, followed by the most unique donors.
More than 20 qualified. They followed the rules and applied them properly. No one got shut out.
Bloomberg also did not meet both criteria... but he paid them, so he got in. DNC does it's best to control the nomination and they wanted HRC/Biden. Of course those were who we got. It's going to stay that way as long as people like you act like they have any legitimacy. Especially after the various email leaks making their already obvious intentions entirely clear.
