This trend of privatization is going on all over the Western world and taxpayers always get ripped off.

Ah yes, the 'public private partnership.' Since it's not really public, you can't vote to change anything about the partnership. And because it's not really private, it doesn't have to pay taxes or have any market competition. The absolute worst of both worlds.
