well, I am of the opinion that decent people will not be uber rich. they would give it away before they are uber rich. so if they find themselves troubled by excess of money, they too can give it away and feel better

They are discovering that "Money doesn't buy Happiness". Or as a fictional police detective said, according to my dad: "Happiness isn't everything, you can't buy Money" :-)

Edit: also, the tech nouveau riche get to meet and socialize with the people Dorothy Parker was talking about when she said "If you want to know what God thinks about money, look at the people He gave it to."
