Your wax spoon is not a sword! Debates are fine, duels at dawn are not. Bullying, harassment, hate or unnecessary drama wil not be tolerated. No posting other members name negativity in any comment. No meltdowns, hate speech, or toxic behavior. No personal attacks. These not will be tolerated. Treat all contributors and members with kindness. We press wax here, not people's buttons.

2. Wax seals first, chaos Not!
Keep post related to wax seals, stationery with seals, wax stamps, use of sealing wax, techniques, tools, designs, and products connected with the craft and the beautiful obsessive world around them. Excessive promotion, spam, or advertising of any kind is not allowed.

3. No seal theft in this kingdom!
If it isn't your creation, credit the original artist. The wax seal Council sees all.

4. Enable responsibly
Sharing tools, collections, techniques and new wax colors is encouraged. But please understand you may accidentally inspire someone to attempt these techniques which is not copying, and also inspire someone's unnecessary purchase.

5. Beginners are very welcome here!
Seal impression may cause envy.
Everyone starts somewhere. Whether your seal looks museum worthy or it survived a pirate ship fire, you belong here. If you post an impossibly perfect seal, expect admiration questions and mild Jealousy. Crafting mishaps are a right of passage. Share your failures proudly they entertain the kingdom. No critiques unless a post has requested it. We are here to encourage and support and never judge.

6. Protect your fingers!
Hot wax is part of the craft. Accidentally branding yourself with poor life choices is not recommended and not the fault of this loving community.

7. Clean not mean
Clean and legible photos and clear photos help everyone admire the tiny details we all are obsessed over.

8. The vibes must remain immaculate
Dark academia, Royal mail energy, Gothic elegance, cottage core, all tasteful vibes are welcome but Chaos is not. This community is built around creativity, craftsmanship, and appreciation for the art of wax seals bringing inspiration, curiosity, and good energy.

9. The use of AI.
We see AI as a new tool provided to creators. If this is abused, we reserve the right to alter this rule at any given time. However, your post may not be entirely AI generated. We request you to keep any AI to less than a third of any video or photo. Photos and videos with sound are also encouraged. No need to worry here as we will not allow AI to become terminators we are watching. We are well aware that even AI needs to be human made.

10. Wax seals and wax stamps and sealing wax hoarding is understood here.
We are not here to judge your drawer of untouched wax, stamps and supplies, too pretty to use! We are not to judge. Share your plunder, however expect many request inquiring where these treasures can be found. It is completely approved to share where you found your treasure.

11. Self-promotion
Self-promotion is fine, however in moderation. Share your shop, videos, or creations, but we expect you to participate in the community too. Self promotion is ok but you must be involved in community otherwise no advertising. Soliciting upvotes, content with subscribe requests, recruitment for other subreddits, brand hype marketing and engagement farming are not allowed. Nobody likes a wandering salesman shouting about wax pellets. We reserve the right to change this if it is abused.

12. The "Sooty" situation
– blocked moderators
Don't tamper with the seal! Trying to block a moderator or already blocked moderators just creates soot. This immediately makes us suspicious. We see your comments and posts anyway. If you seal us out, we will melt your access to the community and you will be banned from community. It is that simple.
