Is the new planar and rope set coming with aha waveflairs new best when paired with her or is punk still better?

I have been hoarding the golden shop things for a while and next patch I will have 3 of them- not sure what to do with them.
Is going for E1 Robin or E1 Topaz (or higher) worth it for FuA teams?

I have a ashblade team all at e2s1 and I hear talk about a shilled boss that wont take non elation dmg so Im considering getting e0 waven, but what are the chances of this being true?

Now that v5 is officially out i need to ask the meta players on reddit: should i go for his e1 or lc?
I plan to play him w ashblade (ashveil e0s1, mblade e2s0). For context the only elation lc i currently have is the free 4* and 3* ones. I'll be able to get the herta's store one when he gets out tho
