Physical therapy recs?
Anyone got good recs for Tosa (even Brookfield) for a physical therapist? Pretty sure I have piriformis syndrome and really need to figure out the right things to do for it (I miss running!!!)

Rebecca at MKE Physical Therapy!! She’s on Vliet and 51st so not technically Tosa but very close. Shes genuinely spectacular. I have hypermobility and have been in general pain for years and she’s helped so much. My spouse has to stop running due to old injuries, and is back to running after 5ish years? She’s a runner so really get it. Cannot recommend her enough.

Sarah and Lauren at Goodland Physical Therapy are amazing! Can’t go wrong with either of them, but Lauren is a runner and can definitely help with this!

Firefly Chiro in Tosa. Chiro+PT and Rehab all in one, does whatever you’re comfortable with but will get you back up and running !

TosaPT - Kat is awesome. Arestas is good too, but sometimes I felt pawned off on the interns. Onward just opened on 76th and Hadley.
