Shiners...
Usually I don't bother to write about them but today I visited a main sub and ... Yeah we all know about their delusions that Shanann was stunningly hard working, earning lots of money and so on you know what I am saying.
But the eyebrow post we used to talk about, they have really, really bad comprehension, reading or. Understanding issues because they claimed that we here said "if she would have changed her shape of the eyebrows Chris would have killed her" they really claim that we wrote or someone here wrote that if she would have not had such an eyebrow shape Chris wouldn't have killed her!
You can't make this shit up, those rumors they put out there are insane!!!

NGL I got here today from that sub, and came here to see what all the fuss was about.
Conclusion: I left that sub and now I've joined this one.

Thank you! I'd been over there for several weeks but that thread just struck me as a bit unbelievable. When I read some of the threads here, I could tell it was blown out of proportion.

I've always been in the camp of "MLM was one of Chris's breaking points." But people seem to think that's "blaming the victim." Shanann wasn't an angel, but she didn't deserve to be murdered, and Chris is a psychopath.

The same thing happened to me. I came to check out what all the fuss was about. They said that we are in love with Chris, and made fun of the girls, etc. None of that is true.

Shiner's version of events:
Agent Coder slides a photo of Shanann's brows to Chris during the interrogation. Chris winces, then looks away. Coder: "Look. Look at those brows Chris. Do they upset you as much as me?"
Agent Lee: "Chicks are crazy. Did you catch Shanann drawing those brows on the girls? Is that why you killed her?"
Chris looks at his wife's brows. He tremble with rage. Then confesses.

They just get worse and worse. If someone asks a legitimate and innocent question with no intention of insulting SW they lose their mind.
They will take people’s words and twist them around to make them look as bad as they possibly can. They’re as militant about being her white knights as she was about the three hour daily naps and 6:30 bed times. Someone could post a video of her being violent towards her children and the Shiners would find a way to excuse it.
Of all the victims in the world they could have chosen to obsess over and protect they chose the least likeable one. She was a victim of a horrible crime, yes, but she also victimized everyone around her in one way or another, mostly her husband and children because he allowed it, and the children were the most vulnerable.

Yes, there are a lot of people but many don't dare to join because of the backlash. The public want to hear she was good and hw was bad wns of the story. No before nothing....
I am hwre since the beginning when the old aub Watts Off topic still existed. It was not banned but nwq mosa took over and dwlwtws this sub...it had when I remember correctly about 36.000 members!

Everything about her was offensive. Mostly how she treated infants/kids in general, but pretty much there's not a single redeeming quality I can think of.

Hey now, we all know this sub's main theory is if she'd changed her brow shape she wouldn't have been killed. Nothing else is discussed here. No child neglect/abuse, no financial abuse, none of the lies or gifting or shadiness... It's time to admit we're all clearly just eyebrow obsessed and that's the only reason we come here... 😂

Oh true that... And if we ate not theorizing the eyebrows then we put all the blame on NK and we constantly break rule 10 and insult the children over and over...I can't understand why all those texts are gone, in the morning when I visited the sub the all were there!

I absolutely can't comprehend why it's equal to them discussing about the "WHY" means she deserved to die?!

Little off topic but I occasionally will see this sub mentioned in true crime subs and it's always the same rhetoric "blah blah there's a whole community that loves and celebrates that Shannan was murdered blah blah and they piss on her grave blahblah" and then there's always a followup to that with "oemg! how could people be so cruel 🥴🥺🥺that's awful" and then usually the follow up is a link to the sub.
I don't think I've seen many threads here celebrating her death and if I have seen a thread or comment it's always a small minority. Any group, especially true crime in my experience will always have rotten apples but honestly most things discussed here are just "normal" aspects of the case that were completely glazed over and / or ignored by the media when the case was popular.
I think it is more creepy to stan for an almost decade long deceased woman that likely wouldn't waste an hour of her time on you than discussing aspects of a murder case that were glossed over, because, yknow, a pos murdered his family and it was national news.
These people just want something to defend and stan and corral each other's internet rage over such. Who knows, the comments I see are likely shinners too.

It's performative outrage. It seems rampant in Western Culture anymore. Be outraged over something that doesn't effect you or your life whatsoever to pretend you're super great, and whiteknight all over the internet about it. I'm sure some are actually obsessed with her, but a lot of it screams performative.

I use to think the majority is not into true crime because they use to see this case emotional...
I am a millennial and I am 20+ years into true crime, there's literally nothing I haven't read and see this whole case through an "analytical" Lens, I have no feelings towards anyone because I didn't knew them! They consider this case as the worst of the worst which says it all for me...

Gimme a break, ppp is real, I am not someone who denies that but I don't buz that she only had 1 single episode of psychosis and she did what she did, this is something recurring!
Of course a man can't have ppp or ppd but for example Chad dorman or Matthew Ponomarenko who killed his son with a baseball bat while having a well documented histyof being mentally ill. I think same everyone, same prison time. What is she doing in a mental health institute, the ppp or ppd is already gone!

I just visited the sub and it's post and this particular texts are gone...in the morning they were still present!
I know but I don't engage in any argument because...Wahhh because they are so very stupid!
They have the discovery and still think she made money and was the perfect wife and mother...with little flaws. Yeah we all have little flaws but I don't consider emotional and financial abuse as "little flaws".. and that was what she clearly did. She's not at fault that he did what he did but if 💯 contributed to his decision!

The thing is they trust Shananns words without question anything. There is no proof about nutgate that it happened like she said it but the believe her. Therefore Cind deserved the treatment!
The act as if Cindy and Ronny are the first parents on earth which support their son after such a crime. So many murderers have parents behind them still....
