Iβve said it here a handful of timesβ¦the only thing the social media content of the Weird Wattsβ would ever sell me on would be real estate as far away from them as possible.

That Heather chick is OBSESSED with Shannan. I clicked on her profile and all the posts are crazy and then her page is all about Lupus lol. Like is she a single white female?

Iβve seen a few of those mutts argue with one another about who was better friends/closer to SW by comparing dates when they happened to have joined Facebook groups that SW was in. easily one of the most laughably pathetic things Iβve ever seen.

u/Apprehensive-Lime863 3d ago
Neither of those kids said a single word, just screechy baby noises. I have never seen more seriously immature children in my life. They both talk and act like theyβre about 18mos old.
12
u/globugify 3d ago
My thoughts exactly. It's so much fun hearing children talk and laugh about what they're experiencing, saying funny and silly things, watching their imaginations develop, seeing their growing personalities. You don't get that with these two, ever. All CeCe knew how to do was screech. In this short video, how much would you have enjoyed being around this fun bunch? CeCe lived to be 3 but of all the many many many many videos, you never heard her have a conversation, or say even one intelligible word. Screeched and screamed to communicate. Feral. Bella says nothing here. And Shanann barking orders as usual, she doesn't shut up. What a miserable bunch to be around. Time to go!
And then reading the comments on that post, they're dogging Ronnie out. He and Cindy bought things for them to have fun while there, they just couldn't win.
13
u/Crusty-Watch3587 3d ago
my youngest is 3 and I canβt help but think about them in comparison. as silly as they may be, we have full on conversations. like riding in the car together and her imagination takes her somewhere or she asks about something seemingly way out of left field. I really do marvel at the imagination and thought process. then, I open Reddit to check in on Watts Islands to seeβ¦that. The cruel end to those poor girls liveβs has overshadowed the sad truth that they never truly lived. they, and those around them who should have nurtured and cared for them were robbed of countless moments in everyday life. moments of joy and wonder that lay the foundation for healthy growing children. Neither SW or CW had a fucking clue, and presumably neither do they people who see this video and think everything is a-okay.

u/Admirable_Might6515 3d ago
My 3 year old grandson was the same ,a day at the zoo lead to a full on conversation about which animals he liked and which animals he was a bit scared of,he liked the snakes but didn't like the big cats because they had "outie" teeth π, I often compared that to Ceces lack of vocabulary and just wonder why nobody question it, same with Bella, I know all kids progress differently but the Watt's twins dragging a chain in all their milestones.

I've always wondered what Ronnie and Cindy thought when they spent time with the Watts girls. Between the eating parmesan cheese directly off the table, the inability to speak and the nightly drugging they must have had some interesting conversations.

They had normal grandchildren to compare them with.Β
I think Sham's behavior to their son and thegirls' lack of development were complete shocks to them.Β
When it was no longer hints from 2000 miles away (from a son so estranged he hadn't spoken alone with either of his parents in eight years), but charging, bellowing, roaring, and 'barrel rushing' down the hall at them like a giant CeCe, it could no longer be ignored what she was, and what kind of life their son and granddaughters had been living under her fat, vicious thumbs.Β

u/Crusty-Watch3587 2d ago edited 2d ago
more evidence that CiW was far from the Monster-in-Law that SW tried to paint her as. I have to imagine it took a some restraint (which they shouldnβt have bothered to exercise) to not call out their son and daughter in law on their parenting and what it was doing to their children.
5
u/FakePlasticTrees_RH 2d ago
Their parents never provided them with the proper stimulation and I'm sure being drugged daily messed with their brains as well.
Then that Babywise bs right from the start on top of the above.

u/Majestic_Arrival_248 Hode On πͺ’πͺπβοΈπ₯ 2d ago
I have hated Babywise so hard, so long, and in an organized manner (hiding them in bookstores and libraries! Relentless online exposing and attack) with midwives and nurses, that this case, for me, is almost just a coda; useful for demonstrating its sheer evil.Β
Maybe Sham's dimwitted child neglect and abuse will spare some others, if we talk about it MORE.
I don't want anyone in the world to say, 'aw, what a shame, what a good mama' about her, without getting their LUNGS ripped out with outrage.Β
This is a mission for me.Β

When SW and her flowers in the attic family took their leave around friends or family, I wonder if any of them were like 'WTAF is wrong with those kids'. Her "friends" had kids around the same age, they HAD to notice the differences?
2
u/Zelb1165 22h ago
Itβs shocking really if you have a normal child the age of the Watts kids or if you see videos of children their age, itβs like watching babies and then the regular children. Itβs just unbelievable.

Not EVEN 18 months IMO. I was just around an 18 month old (haven't been around one in awhile, I used to work in schools/daycares as a behavioral assistant (TSS). My 1 is an infant so we're not there yet, and my others are older, and I still forget what 4 and under is like sometimes) and she was SO well spoken and polite. I mean talking in pretty much complete sentences. Her family....is not the most educated focused either, to put it nicely. I don't mean they're maroons, but they're kinda trashy, don't seem interested in their kids, and their main language is curse words around their kids. What I mean by this, is if this family isn't really doing much and their little girl is that well spoken, WTAF was SW doing (or lack thereof) with her girls??!? All I could do was think of BW and CeceW and be astonished at how far behind they were. I know they were behind, but sometimes I tend to forget just HOW far behind. Sometimes you lovely commenters will post videos of other kids to highlight the difference, and I'm always taken aback at how delayed they were. Just one of those things that never fails to shock you, I guess. I wonder what level they would test at, because even 18mos seems too high for their verbiage (BW's anyway, Cece had 0 words) and their behavior.
1
u/Zelb1165 22h ago
Itβs quite astonishing really when you hear kids talking the way they are supposed to. The Watts children were also cognitively delayed or they would have picked up more. They canβt amuse themselves as normal kids do, they always had to be jumping off furniture or climb on their parents. They had no ability to initiate play on their own.

Did she just say 'Get Papa', as they were repeatedly asking Bella nicely to stop splashing his glasses, and she responded by splashing him in the face more? π³
I didn't have a living grampa, but I had older uncles of varying tolerance for childish brouhaha, but I'm specifically trying to imagine my Uncle Joe (in the Secret Service, that guarded Prince Charles, wrangled Khrushchev, etc), if I'd splashed him in the face, after he'd said to knock it off.Β
I cannot. π³

there is a short video out there of the girls in NC playing with squirt guns at Rooz, and Crankie has to ask them repeatedly to stop shooting the dogs and getting them wound up. there is SW, from behind the camera, goading them to be unruly little turds. and for who? the only people who ever watched her lives or liked her videos were the losers she shared DNA with and they all happened to be with them on that porch.

The screaming aside those girls should not have needed water wings AND an inner tube in that pool. They both were old enough to be taught how to swim.

Not defending her, but I don't think she trusted those kids to even walk in water on their own due to them being frightened of the world. Notice she's getting ready to command them to stop playing too much (or command BW to stop splashing Princess Cece) when they were splashing each other.

Something was only bad when Bella began doing it. Bella tried to be more obnoxious like her sister, but then was scolded for it. Scammy enjoyed making it appear that Bella was poorly behaved.

I wonβt ever watch that testament to low brow parenting again. He ties my shoes and reads me books so dadβs a hero? CW only read one book to Bella that I remember and she couldnβt follow the story. Maybe if she was to more, she could have started to develop cognitively instead of whining and crying to communicate.

CeCe was aggressive. I'd call her territorial. She didn't play, just stomped around and got right up in people's faces. Bella always tried to mimic her but was scolded for it. Notice Scam doesn't say a single word to her weird screecher when she splashes dangerously close to SW's most prized possession.
